Compoman is profitable exporting Estonian family business, run by one of the owners . The company was established in 1993 and the name of the company – Compoman Ltd – has been in use since 1998. Compoman’s credit rating has been for the past three years on the level of AA (very good).

Compoman is managed by its owners family who work daily close together with the team to ensure the success of the company. Development and engineering members of the team are all with long term experience on the field and highly qualified – with MBA and doctorate degrees in engineering. Our multinational production team is manned with innovative and creative, highly motivated members.

Company was established in 1993 as an Estonian company with Estonian owners, it started out as a marine container’s repairing company. The field of activity was changed in 1995 to the production of waste handling equipment. The name of the company – Compoman Ltd – has been in use since 1998.

During the years we have completed many specially developed and optimally resolved projects for locations that were complicated or waste types that were demanding. All our products are result of our own design and 3D-engineering and come with our own technical solutions.

Compoman has innovative business model with partner-driven product development and manufacturing. Compoman has in collaboration with its partners created flexible solutions allowing for variations and bespoke products inside of the product family. Each product that leaves the factory is adapted to the specific needs of the specific partner.

Compoman has sufficient experience in innovation, engineering, management and production to be a successful exporting enterprise. Compoman has in different years exported 64.5 % to 83.7 % of its total production, also the geography of exports has steadily expanded. The majority of the exports go today to the neighboring countries Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Russia and also to the UK, Lithuania and Norway.
